The Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) has received top ratings in a new SERVICOM assessment, which scored the agency high for improved service delivery over the past year.
The report, released in Abuja on Wednesday, highlighted ten Regional and State Branch offices—including Abuja, Jos, Asaba, Kano, Bauchi, Maiduguri, Enugu, Owerri, Lagos, and Port Harcourt—as standout performers in customer service.
According to SERVICOM, the evaluation was aimed at ensuring “citizen-focused service delivery,” identifying gaps, and recommending improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and accountability.
The selected offices posted an average score of 72.5% on the SERVICOM Index, with NSITF earning praise for digitizing operations, which boosted efficiency and accessibility.
Other strong points included streamlined claims and compensation processes that ensured faster settlements, an expanded branch network for nationwide reach, and free workplace safety audits to help employers reduce accidents.
The report noted that these achievements reflect a marked turnaround in service delivery within just one year of Barrister Oluwaseun Mayomi Faleye’s tenure as Managing Director and Chief Executive.
