Coronation Insurance Plc has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, to assess the company’s third-quarter performance and approve its unaudited financial statements for the period ended September 30, 2025.
The company disclosed this in a notice to the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) and the investing public on Tuesday.
According to the statement signed by Company Secretary, Mary Agha, the meeting will focus on reviewing operational performance for the third quarter of the 2025 financial year, alongside the consideration and approval of the unaudited results.
“In line with the Closed Period Rules of the Exchange, the company entered a closed period on October 1, 2025, which will remain in effect until 24 hours after the release of the Q3 2025 unaudited financial statements,” Agha stated.
The closed period restricts directors, executives, and other insiders from trading in Coronation Insurance’s shares until the financial results are made public — a regulatory measure aimed at preventing insider trading and ensuring market transparency.
Market analysts and investors are closely watching for the upcoming results, which are expected to provide insights into the insurer’s performance between July and September 2025, amid evolving market and economic conditions.
