AXA Mansard Insurance Plc has announced the resignation of its Executive Director for Technical and Client Services, Mrs. Rashidat Adebisi, effective December 31, 2025, marking the end of her more than 20-year career with the insurance giant.
The company disclosed her exit in a notice to the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) on Wednesday, signed by Omowunmi Adewusi, the Company Secretary. No reason was given for her resignation.
Adebisi, who joined the AXA Mansard Board in February 2020 following regulatory approval, served on key committees, including the Board Risk Management and Technical Committee as well as the Board Investment and Finance Committee.
Her journey with AXA Mansard began as an Executive Officer, and over the years, she rose through the ranks—serving as Head of Transaction Services, Director of Retail Solutions Division, and later, Executive Director overseeing technical operations and client services.
Before joining AXA Mansard, Adebisi worked with Churchill Insurance UK, a member of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group, where she honed her expertise in risk underwriting.
She holds a degree in Accounting from the University of Lincolnshire & Humberside, UK, and is an Associate of the Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). She is also a Chartered Business Administrator, a Chartered Financial Consultant with the Institute of Financial Consultants of Canada, and an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of London.
The board and management of AXA Mansard commended Adebisi for her “dedicated service and invaluable contributions” to the company’s growth and success over the years.
A successor to fill her position has not yet been announced.
AXA Mansard, a member of the global AXA Group, offers life and non-life insurance products, as well as financial advisory services across Nigeria.
