The Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers (NCRIB) has elected Mrs. Ezeoma Ezeibe as its new president, making her the third woman to hold the position in the Council’s 63-year history.
In a statement issued on Saturday, the NCRIB announced that Ezeibe will be formally sworn in on October 24, 2025, in Lagos.
Ezeibe, an accomplished insurance lawyer and broker, has served in several leadership roles within the Council, including Vice President and Deputy President.

The statement added that she brings “wide industry acceptance and years of valuable contributions to all arms of the insurance sector.”
