The third season of the FUZE Talent Show, themed ‘Light it Up,’ culminated in a spectacular finale on Saturday, December 21, 2024, at the Livespot Entertarium in Lekki, Lagos. Organised by Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers, a subsidiary of Stanbic IBTC Holdings, the event celebrated Nigeria’s most promising talents, offering an unprecedented total prize pool of ₦50 million.
The grand finale showcased dazzling performances across music, dance, fashion, and technology, with a live audience and millions tuning in globally via live-streaming platforms. The atmosphere was electric as participants displayed creativity, skill, and innovation, affirming Nigeria’s position as a hub for young talent.

Each winner was awarded the grand prize of ₦7.5 million, alongside industry exposure and mentorship opportunities that promise to propel their careers to new heights.
From Thousands to Stardom
The competition began with over 6,000 submissions from across the country. After a rigorous selection process via the Stanbic IBTC Events App and website, 28 contestants advanced to a comprehensive bootcamp. Four finalists representing Port Harcourt, Kaduna, and Benin triumphed in a keenly contested journey to the finale.
Event Highlights
The FUZE Festival, which served as the talent show’s climax, drew over 10,000 participants, surpassing the previous year’s attendance of 8,000. A blend of creativity, innovation, and cultural pride, the event featured appearances by industry leaders, celebrities, and dignitaries, reinforcing its status as a premier platform for emerging talent in Nigeria.
