Regency Alliance Insurance Plc will hold a board meeting on October 28, 2026, to review and approve its unaudited financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2026.
The insurer disclosed this in a notice dated October 13 and filed in compliance with the listing requirements of Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX).
According to the notice, the company has imposed a closed period on trading in its shares ahead of the release of the financial statements.
The restriction took effect on October 1 and will remain in force until 24 hours after the results are filed through the NGX Issuers’ Portal and made public.
During the closed period, company insiders and persons closely associated with them are prohibited from dealing directly or indirectly in Regency Alliance’s shares.
The restriction is designed to prevent individuals with access to material, non-public information from trading ahead of the market’s access to the company’s financial performance.
Investors are expected to scrutinise the third-quarter results for indications of the insurer’s earnings performance, revenue growth and underwriting position.
